The New Stampin’ Up 2009 Last Chance List

Say Goodbye to the Stampin’ Up Retired List and Hello to the Last Chance List

By Daniel Bernzweig

For as many years as I can remember, Stampin Up would release their retired list. The list consists of rubber stamp sets that will be gone forever when the new catalog arrives. This year Stampin Up is re-naming the retired list as the “last chance list”. This year’s list will debut on June 1, 2009.

Don’t cry over spilled ink

With so many “favorite” stamp sets leaving, there are many emotions to be had such as sadness, happiness, anger and more. I like to think the ink pad is half full. When items leave the catalog, it opens up space in the catalog for new and exciting rubber stamp sets. The creative crew at Stampin Up is always coming up with new designs and cutting edge products for your crafting pleasure.

If you find there are stamp sets on the list that you must have, grab them while you can. The last day to purchase will be June 30, 2009. I will post here as soon as the last chance list is released. Add this site to your favorites, tell your friends, even emboss husbandofastamper.com on your forehead but do check back here on June 1st.

If one list is not enough

Another list to be released on June 1 will be the retired Stampin Up accessories. Some accessories will also be leaving the catalog and unlike the rubber stamp sets, accessories are limited in quantity. Many will sell out before the catalog end date of June 30, 2009.

Celebrate with a party

My wife Rebecca Bernzweig just told me she is planning something special when the last chance list is announced. Last year 10 of her customers got to pick a free Stampin Up product* and everyone who ordered $25. or more, got a free grab bag gift*. I will post more details on this site as I get them. UPDATE: Click here to see this years special.
*These items ship from Rebecca Bernzweig and ship separately from your Stampin Up order.

Wow! Rebecca actually got you to be this involved in her business and your even happy about it. I wish my husband would have been this supportive of my Creative Memories business. I am interested to see what you do with your blog. Marci
